Christian Outreach Center is a non-denominational church located in Sisseton, SD.
We are passionate about the presence of God and we love to worship the King! We believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God and the foundation for every believer to live the flourishing life. We believe that there is only one God, and only one way to reach Him…through His Son, Jesus Christ, by accepting and believing in His life, death and resurrection. We also believe that the Holy Spirit is active and moving today in and through his people.

Kirk Snaza

Lead Pastor

Kirk and his wife, Marne, live with their three amazing children in northeast South Dakota. They have been serving in ministry together for over 23 years. Both are leaders for our worship ministry as well.

Steven Schiltz

Associate Pastor

Steven and his wife, Tricia, live with their three amazing children in northeast South Dakota. He and Tricia both serve on the worship team, and they also teach in our children's ministry program.
